ADMISSION POLICY



By making a booking with us, you (the main guest) and your booking group (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set out and undertake to comply with them during your stay.
If you have any questions about the booking, please contact us before making it.
To make a booking with us, the main guest must be at least 18 years of age .
The maximum number of guests per room is two people .
When the person making the booking is different from the main guest who will be staying at the property, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, no-shows and damages, as set out in the booking. Only the main guest and the designated booking group may use the property and its facilities.
It is not permitted to bring guests who are not registered at the accommodation . Any third-party visitors may only access the property with our express permission.
A booking request does not imply confirmation. Once the request has been made, the establishment has 24 hours to confirm the availability of the room. If the requested room is available on the desired dates, you will receive an email with the payment method and once the payment has been made (within 24 hours of said email), Niña Mala will proceed to confirm your booking.
Payments can be made online by debit/credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, always within 24 hours of your booking confirmation.
We accept same-day bookings until 11 p.m.
We do not accept group bookings . Niña Mala is not a suitable establishment for group events such as celebrations, stag/hen parties, etc. There are strict quiet hours and we seek to provide a relaxed atmosphere to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY



Standard rate:
No advance payment is required to guarantee your booking.

At the time of booking, your credit card will be pre-authorised for any charges that may be incurred during your stay. This pre-authorisation also includes a security deposit for damages of €150 . No money will be withdrawn from your credit card; however, it will appear as a pending transaction. Your card authorisation will last up to 48 hours after your stay.


Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

Non-refundable rate
This rate applies to any booking made less than 7 days in advance and to single-day bookings. When this rate applies, a 100% charge will be applied and no refund will be possible.

In the exceptional case that you need to cancel your reservation, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. You can make a request to Niña Mala and we will assess each 

CHECKIN / CHECKOUT



Niña Mala is a self-check-in establishment and access to both the facilities and your room is via codes.

Guests must check in and out at the times indicated below:• CHECK IN: from 3pm • CHECK OUT: before 12 noon on the day of departure
Check-in: 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a link to check in, which must be completed by each guest included in your booking. Once you have checked in, you will receive the access codes to your room once it is ready.

Early check-in: Check-out is at 12:00 and we need a little time to prepare the rooms. If you need to access your room before 15:00, once you have checked in via the corresponding link, we can provide you with the access code to the common areas upon request. There are no toilets in these areas, but you can leave your luggage and use the facilities until your room is ready. Access to the common areas is only available to guests and/or visitors (always with our express permission, as stated in our access policy).


Late check-in: Late access is not a problem, as long as you have the access codes. We only ask that you enter as quietly as possible and respect the rest of the other guests.

Check-out: The room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. You will receive an email with instructions on how to do this:
. Lock the door and leave the keys in the box at the entrance where they were collected on the day of arrival.. If you have used the fridge , you must empty the shelf corresponding to your room before leaving the accommodation. Our cleaning staff will throw away anything left on that shelf after 12 noon in order to make it ready for the next booking.. If you wish, you can leave your luggage in the common areas.. If you are leaving before 12 noo n, please let us know so that we can prepare the room for the next guest.

SILENCE POLICY



Our quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m .
During this time, we turn off the lights on the vertical garden to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The rest of the lights at Niña Mala, as well as the hallway lights, can be turned on/off at the request of guests, with the exception of the exterior entrance lights, which have a motion detector. We ask that after 11 p.m., only necessary lights be used to avoid disturbing guests inside the rooms.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other guests, neighbours and owners at all times.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests do not comply with this agreement or if they cause disturbance to other guests, neighbours or owners.

CHILDREN'S POLICY



Niña Mala is an adults-only establishment. Under no circumstances do we accept reservations from persons under the age of 18 .

WIFI



When WiFi Internet access is provided, guests agree to use this Internet access fairly and appropriately.
Internet access is intended for general use, such as accessing the global network, email, messaging, social media, and streaming videos/music/light media. It is not designed or ideal for streaming heavy media, online gaming, or extensive downloads/uploads. Access to illegal activities or the use of our network for illegal activities is not permitted and will be reported to local authorities.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF ENERGY



For your convenience, we have removed the home automation system from the AACC. Please use the AACC only while you are in the room and turn it off when you leave Niña Mala. This way, we respect the environment and avoid unnecessary energy consumption.


These are state-of-the-art Daikin devices and have a temperature sensor , so they turn off when the selected temperature is reached. If you wish, you can turn off the sensor, but we do not recommend it.

There is an 80L water heater per room , providing more than 20 minutes of hot water. Please use it responsibly.

The electric towel rails are for drying towels, not for heating the bathroom. Use the 1-hour function to be energy efficient and avoid possible accidents.

DINING AREA



Each room has its own shelf in the fridge . If you find something on your shelf that does not belong to you, please let us know so that we can return it to its owner.

The indoor common area has air conditioning that can be used on demand with the corresponding remote control. Out of respect for the environment, please turn it off when you leave the premises.

Niña Mala offers free coffee and tea during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. The use of these utensils outside the establishment is not permitted.
Niña Mala does not have smoke extraction in the dining area, so there are no stoves for cooking. If you heat up your food, out of respect for other guests, please open the door to allow ventilation and eliminate persistent odours in that area.


It is forbidden to bring food and/or drink into the rooms (except water).

ACCESS AND EXIT DOORS



It is absolutely mandatory to close the exit/entrance doors of Niña Mala, both the one leading to the bicycle parking area and the exterior door.

Niña Mala has surveillance cameras in these areas and, in the event of theft and/or damage to any of the facilities due to the improper use of these doors, the amount corresponding to the guest responsible for the booking who left the door open will be charged.

PARKING



We have free bicycle parking at the outside entrance.
Niña Mala is located in the city centre (Ruzafa neighbourhood) and almost 95% of the parking area is for residents and/or paid parking:
• Orange zone: paid parking allowed Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rest of the time for residents only• Green zone: exclusively for residents• Blue zone: paid parking allowed Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Free parking at other times.
Opposite Niña Mala, across Avenida Peris y Valero, is the Montolivete and En Corts neighbourhood, where you can find free parking in the white zone .
If you require secure covered parking , the closest option is located at the Ruzafa Market, just a 2-minute walk away.

DAMAGE POLICY



It is strictly forbidden to bring food and/or drink into the rooms that could damage the furniture or textiles. The outdoor furniture is treated with waterproof material and can be easily cleaned, but the furniture in the rooms cannot. We reserve the right to charge the main guest for any damage caused during their stay by any member of the booking group. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture, fittings or the building.
Any accidental damage must be reported as soon as possible to minimise damage and associated costs.

Inappropriate use of towels (cleaning shoes, excessive make-up, etc.) will incur an extra charge of 6€ for shower towels and 4€ for hand towels . These towels will be disposed of immediately to maintain the quality of Niña Mala for subsequent guests.
Inappropriate use of textiles (sheets, duvet covers, duvets, cushions, curtains) and towels (cleaning shoes, obvious traces of blood, drinks, etc.) will incur an extra charge of €6 per sheet, €10 per duvet cover, and €15 per duvet cover and/or mattress cover . These textiles will be disposed of immediately in order to maintain the quality of Niña Mala for future guests.

Lost keys will incur a replacement charge of €30 per lost key.


Smoking is considered damage to the establishment, as all textiles must be taken to a specialised dry cleaner and the smell must be removed from walls and furniture with ozone (see damage policy).
Any lost items (if found by cleaning staff) left behind by guests during their stay will be held for a period of 15 days . While we will do our best to help owners recover their lost items, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. We offer to send lost items by registered post with cash on delivery, or to arrange an appointment 

SMOKING POLICY



Niña Mala is a smoke-free space.
Smoking any tobacco products (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or vaping is not permitted in the rooms or in the common areas (including the entrance area and the inner courtyard). Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the establishment.

If guests do not respect the no-smoking policy and/or evidence of smoking is found at Niña Mala (please note that we have surveillance cameras and smoke detectors), a non-negotiable penalty of €150 will be applied to the guests' account for damages (see damage policy).

DRUGS



Under no circumstances are drugs permitted anywhere on the premises. Anyone found in possession of or using any illegal substance will have their stay terminated and the matter will be reported to the local authorities.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION



We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation or refund if the terms of these conditions are breached.
