DAMAGE POLICY
It is strictly forbidden to bring food and/or drink into the rooms that could damage the furniture or textiles. The outdoor furniture is treated with waterproof material and can be easily cleaned, but the furniture in the rooms cannot.
We reserve the right to charge the main guest for any damage caused during their stay by any member of the booking group. This includes breakages, spills, stains, damage to furniture, fittings or the building.
Any accidental damage must be reported as soon as possible to minimise damage and associated costs.
Inappropriate use of towels (cleaning shoes, excessive make-up, etc.) will incur an extra charge of 6€ for shower towels and 4€ for hand towels . These towels will be disposed of immediately to maintain the quality of Niña Mala for subsequent guests.
Inappropriate use of textiles (sheets, duvet covers, duvets, cushions, curtains) and towels (cleaning shoes, obvious traces of blood, drinks, etc.) will incur an extra charge of €6 per sheet, €10 per duvet cover, and €15 per duvet cover and/or mattress cover . These textiles will be disposed of immediately in order to maintain the quality of Niña Mala for future guests.
Lost keys will incur a replacement charge of €30 per lost key.
Smoking is considered damage to the establishment, as all textiles must be taken to a specialised dry cleaner and the smell must be removed from walls and furniture with ozone (see damage policy).
Any lost items (if found by cleaning staff) left behind by guests during their stay will be held for a period of 15 days . While we will do our best to help owners recover their lost items, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. We offer to send lost items by registered post with cash on delivery, or to arrange an appointment
